The City of Saskatoon's campaign to switch their utility customers to electronic billing got a friendly face in 2016 with Bill, the little green thing. Bill personifies the little "green" change that customers can make by switching from paper bills to emails.

As well as printed pieces such as utility bill envelopes, a series of posters, tent cards and more that were primarily used in the customer service area at City Hall.
Here are a couple of unreleased bits, including the start of a set of "Bill-mojis" for an as-yet unreleased iOS sticker set, and a turnaround model for a proposed squishable stress relief Bill.
And here are some early concepts, including an exploration of existing "one-eyed monsters" and alternate shapes and features for Bill.
